To be successful as a Collector with ACE, you should demonstrate the following:

            Strong interpersonal Sales and negotiation skills

        Excellent communication skills

        Solid PC and Internet experience

        Solid typing skills. (approximately 20 wpm)

        Ability to perform effective skip tracing

        1 - 2 years collection experience preferred but not required

        1 – 2 years college preferred

        Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

        Must be willing and able to learn and adhere to rules, regulations and laws pertaining to consumer           credit  and collections 

         Ability to work within a frequently changing work environment

         Ability to overcome objections and remain focused on daily goals

         Must be a team player
